
Contract and Deposit:
A signed contract [contract] and deposit is required prior to construction of costumes. Individual and small group rental deposit is 50% of total rental price, with balance due at date of rental. The deposit for extended runs for theatre productions is $200.00, with rental balance due at close of show.
Rental Information:
It is recommended to order costumes at least four weeks prior to production to ensure timely delivery. Shipping charges will be added to invoice total.
Costume Damage:
costume will be labeled as damaged for the following:
- Costume has a rip or tear in the fabric that cannot be repaired
- Burn holes
- Knee stress or color alteration in pants due to knee slides
- Make-up or food stains that are non-cleanable
Damaged costumes will be invoiced at replacement cost which is retail value of costume. Lost or unreturned costumes will be invoiced at replacement cost.
Alterations:
Minor alterations such as hemming, tucking and darting are acceptable if a costume can be returned to original condition.
